Role Overview: This full-time Inpatient RN position involves assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating nursing care to meet patient needs in a critical care environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, address physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and promote patient safety and satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a nursing specialty program (Bachelor's preferred). Critical thinking, calmness under stress, attention to detail, integrity, willingness to learn, and strong communication are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-acuity setting is required.
