About The Role The Marketing Manager owns integrated demand-generation and brand programs for a technology portfolio, translating product positioning into campaigns that increase qualified pipeline, adoption, and market visibility. The role manages programs across paid media, SEO/SEM, lifecycle email, content, webinars, and social channels. It partners closely with product marketing, sales, revenue operations, and creative teams to connect audience insights with measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across HubSpot or Marketo, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email, organic search, and social media Build campaign briefs, messaging, landing pages, nurture journeys, and content calendars that support quarterly pipeline and brand goals Define channel KPIs and maintain reporting in GA4, CRM dashboards, and business-intelligence tools, including conversion rate, CAC, MQL quality, and pipeline contribution Optimize paid search, paid social, SEO, and lifecycle programs through audience segmentation, budget allocation, and structured A/B testing Manage editorial workflows with writers, designers, product marketers, and external vendors to deliver case studies, webinars, whitepapers, and campaign creative on schedule Partner with sales and revenue operations to improve lead scoring, attribution, routing, and feedback loops between marketing activity and revenue outcomes Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of experience in B2B or B2C technology marketing, with ownership of demand-generation, growth, or integrated campaign programs Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or equivalent systems Working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, email marketing, conversion-rate optimization, and campaign attribution Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn performance data into clear decisions and recommendations Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience with SaaS, developer-focused products, ABM platforms, Looker or Tableau, marketing experimentation, and product-led growth programs
