Director of Marketing

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing data center development and infrastructure organization to hire a Director of Marketing . This role will lead brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, and demand generation efforts to support business growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage digital marketing, content, social media, and website initiatives. Oversee marketing campaigns, budgets, and performance reporting. Ensure consistent branding across all channels and materials. Create marketing content, case studies, and promotional materials. Maintain company website, intranet, and social media platforms. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 4-7 years of marketing experience. Experience with digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content development. Knowledge of Google Analytics and HubSpot. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
