Payroll Specialist

We are partnering with one of our clients on an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to support high-volume, multi-entity payroll processing for more than 1,100 employees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee service while working in a collaborative team environment. What You'll Do: Process high-volume weekly payroll across multiple entities Manage garnishments, deductions, tax withholdings, and payroll adjustments Prepare and maintain certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting Reconcile payroll data, taxes, benefits, and employee records Research and resolve payroll questions and discrepancies Partner with HR, operations, and employees to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Assist with payroll compliance and audit requests What We're Looking For: 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience Experience processing high-volume payroll Knowledge of payroll taxes, garnishments, and compliance requirements Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Experience with ERP systems (Vista Viewpoint experience is a plus) Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet weekly deadlines Strong customer service and communication skills Why Consider This Opportunity? ✅ Employee-owned (ESOP) organization ✅ Family-oriented culture ✅ High visibility and opportunity to serve as a backup to payroll leadership ✅ Stable, growing organization with a collaborative team environment If you're looking for a payroll opportunity where you can make an impact, build relationships, and grow your expertise in a high-volume environment, let's connect.
