BCBA | Fully Remote | $40–$60/Hour Skill Sprouts ABA is hiring a BCBA who wants clinical autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to work remotely. We are a growing ABA provider serving children and young adults throughout New Mexico. This is a fully remote BCBA position, with in-person client visits only when clinically necessary or for special cases. We are especially interested in bilingual BCBAs. Spanish is preferred, and we also value candidates who speak other languages used throughout New Mexico. Why Skill Sprouts? We know BCBAs have a lot on their plate. At Skill Sprouts, you'll have the opportunity to: Work fully remotely Set a flexible schedule Provide occasional in-person support when clinically necessary Use your clinical judgment and expertise Collaborate with RBTs, families, schools, and other providers Receive administrative and clinical support Grow with a developing ABA organization serving families throughout New Mexico What You'll Do Conduct behavioral and functional assessments Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions Supervise and support RBTs and ABA staff Provide caregiver training and support Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed Provide ongoing clinical guidance to RBTs Complete required clinical documentation Maintain ethical and professional standards of care What We're Looking For Current BCBA certification through the BACB New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain licensure Master's degree or higher in ABA, behavior analysis, psychology, education, special education, or a related field Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Collaborative, ethical, and family-centered approach Bilingual Spanish preferred; additional New Mexican languages are also valued Compensation & Benefits $40–$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Fully remote work Flexible scheduling Administrative and clinical support Professional development opportunities Referral program Growth and leadership opportunities If you're a BCBA looking for a position where your clinical expertise is valued, your time is respected, and you can do meaningful work remotely, we'd love to hear from you.
