Senior Accountant

Growing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This is a high-visibility role with exposure across multiple brands and business channels, including retail, ecommerce and wholesale. Responsibilities: Support monthly, quarterly and year-end close Prepare journal entries and complex balance sheet reconciliations Analyze gross margin, COGS, profitability and cost variances Perform budget-to-actual and financial trend analysis Support financial reporting and audit requests Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain and FP&A Identify process improvements and automation opportunities Support ERP enhancements and special projects Qualifications: 4+ years of progressive accounting or audit experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field CPA or public accounting experience strongly preferred Strong GAAP, month-end close and financial reporting experience Advanced Excel skills ERP experience preferred Retail or multi-entity experience a plus
