Our culture emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and innovation • empowering our teams to deliver meaningful outcomes in complex, high-security environments.  Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview): Spry Methods is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large, multidisciplinary federal program supporting enterprise management, strategic planning, security, human resources, legal support, financial management, logistics, communications, and administrative operations. The Program Manager will provide overall management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership for Spry and subcontractor personnel. This key personnel position will serve as the primary management interface with Government stakeholders and will be responsible for program performance, staffing, communication, risk management, deliverables, and contract compliance. The Program Manager must have the authority to make decisions and commit company resources in response to program requirements, concerns, and resource constraints.
