RN - Acute Care - Orthopedic Surgery - Full-Time Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Acute Care • Ortho Surgical, working full-time night shifts. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care through the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation). Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, partner with patients and families, and ensure care is culturally sensitive and patient-centered. Document care accurately, promote teamwork, participate in performance improvement, and support evidence-based practices. Lead and mentor colleagues, participate in protocol development, and uphold organizational policies and standards. Support resource management and contribute to achieving optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Hold a nursing license (RN or multi-state compact) with required certifications such as BLS. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and less than one year of clinical experience. Demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and adherence to professional standards and ethical practice. Must complete all mandatory education and competency assessments.
