Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical

Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of complex clinical changes. Administer medications and provide nursing interventions based on clinical needs. Coordinate and support individualized care plans in partnership with physicians, therapists, and other team members. Prioritize patient safety, infection control, and effective patient education. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record (EHR). Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse with strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage diverse medical/surgical conditions. Proficiency with medication administration, monitoring, and escalation of care as needed. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate care across disciplines. Strong attention to safety standards and infection prevention practices. Ability to educate patients and families and maintain clear, accurate EHR documentation.
