Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Seeking a Compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for an Inpatient Rehabilitation unit. Provide evidence-based rehabilitation nursing care for adult and geriatric patients recovering from illness, injury, and surgery. Key Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring Administer medications and provide wound care Manage IV therapy and related nursing interventions Document care accurately in the EMR Collaborate with therapists and physicians to support rehab plans Educate patients and families on mobility and self-care Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and patient-centered service Qualifications & Skills Active RN licensure Strong clinical judgment for complex rehab needs Proficiency with medication administration, wound and IV care Excellent documentation and EMR skills Compassionate communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
