Structural Steel Fabrication Superintendent – Gallaway, TN Location: Gallaway, TN Job Type: Direct Hire Starting Salary: $80,000/year — higher depending on experience Position Overview Seeking an experienced structural steel fabrication leader to oversee daily production across two nearby facilities and multiple shifts. This position provides hands-on leadership to shop supervisors while maintaining focus on safety, quality, production efficiency, equipment, staffing, and delivery schedules. The ideal candidate has extensive structural steel experience and a strong understanding of AISC and AWS standards, coating requirements, fabrication processes, and industrial safety practices.
