Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Mt. Juliet, Tennessee Company: Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-time. Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 4:30pm • 7:00pm Location: In-home – Mt. Juliet, Tennessee Pay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour About the Role Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life. What You'll Do • Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home/clinic/school setting • Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA • Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors • Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA • Attend required team meetings and training sessions What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay: $26.00 – $28.00/hour • Career growth opportunities within the ABA field • PTO and sick time (part-time accrual) • Mileage reimbursement What You'll Need • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience working with children • Experience working in a clinic and in-home setting • Passion for supporting children with special needs • Reliable transportation • RBT certification (Required) Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods • Comfortable engaging in play and physical activity with children About Us – Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health Company Open Doors ABA partners with Finni Health to provide compassionate, in-home ABA therapy.
