Dental Hygienist

Role Overview: A Dental Hygienist provides high-quality preventive and clinical dental care, serving as a patient advocate and key member of the dental team. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional patient care, perform dental screenings, execute hygiene procedures, and support treatment plans. Utilize advanced tools such as digital x-rays, scanners, and diagnostic devices. Qualifications & Skills: Hold a current dental hygienist license in Missouri, with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. Must have excellent knowledge of dental procedures, medical history documentation, and CPR certification. New graduates are welcome. Key Duties: Provide patient education, maintain clinical documentation, ensure patient comfort, and adhere to safety and health protocols. Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment. Additional Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds. Participate in ongoing training and complete necessary health screenings, such as TB testing.
