Emergency Room RN (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs. Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients' families. Using critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual factors. Working in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and safety awareness. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree, RN license; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license. Key Duties: Deliver high-quality emergency care, educate patients and families, collaborate with healthcare team, and ensure safety and compliance.
