Receptionist

WE’RE HIRING: BILINGUAL MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST Rehoboth Medical Center is looking for a friendly, professional, dependable, and goal-oriented bilingual medical receptionist to join our growing team. We are a community-focused medical practice committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals and families. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, and can create a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Position: Bilingual Medical Receptionist Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner. • Answer and manage incoming phone calls • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments • Register new patients and update demographic and insurance information • Assist patients with forms and general questions • Verify insurance information and support front-desk administrative duties • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clinical staff • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming reception area • Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Qualifications: • Fluency in English and Spanish preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude • Good organizational and multitasking abilities • Comfortable working with computers, electronic health records, and scheduling systems • Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or customer-service role is preferred.
