Role Description The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of Erosun Inc.’s office. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Owings Mills, Maryland. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, preparing documents, entering data, filing, and maintaining accurate records. The Administrative Assistant will also assist with meeting coordination, support executive staff with routine administrative tasks, respond to inquiries, coordinate internal communications, and help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment. The Administrative Assistant will collaborate with team members to support service delivery and may assist with basic reporting, ordering office supplies, and other administrative responsibilities as needed. The position also requires occasional travel to Olympia, Washington, for periods of one to two weeks at a time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required. At least three years of experience working with or within the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) system is required. At least three years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience is preferred. Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills, including document preparation, scheduling, filing, data entry, and record keeping. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to handle calls, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries professionally. Executive administrative support experience, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling confidential correspondence. Proficiency with standard office software, including word-processing programs, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Demonstrated ability to interact respectfully and effectively with participants, families, staff members, and community partners. Reliability, sound judgment, and a commitment to providing high-quality administrative and participant-focused support. Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to Olympia, Washington, for one to two weeks at a time.
