Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Provide high-quality, patient-focused nursing care to individuals with complex and critical conditions in a Progressive Care Unit. Support recovery in a dynamic clinical environment by delivering skilled interventions and compassionate care for patients and their families. Key Responsibilities Assess patient condition, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes requiring prompt action Deliver direct nursing care using advanced clinical judgment Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and implement care plans Educate patients and families, offering support during critical moments Maintain safe, effective care standards and accurate documentation Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure Advanced clinical abilities for patients with complex conditions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced care setting
