Role: RN Clinical Nurse, a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team dedicated to providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practices. Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient populations. Partner with patients and families through communication methods like bedside reports and education, ensuring patient goals are central. Coordinate and document safe, quality care while promoting teamwork, inclusivity, and respect within the clinical environment. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research activities, and shared governance to enhance patient outcomes. Support professional development by completing competencies, mentoring peers, and modeling nursing excellence. Promote evidence-based practice, participate in protocol development, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the appropriate state or multi-state compact. Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Current BLS certification. Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills. Ability to adapt in fast-paced settings, respond to emergencies, and utilize technology effectively. Excellent critical thinking, time management, and communication skills. Key Duties: Provide personalized patient care, collaborate with healthcare team, support quality improvement, and uphold professional and ethical standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
