Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: Seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 5–7 mechanics and oversee maintenance of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Perform preventive maintenance, equipment rebuilds, and upgrades. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Lead root cause analysis and resolve recurring equipment issues. Supervise, schedule, and train maintenance staff. Maintain accurate records using CMMS. Ensure OSHA, LOTO, and company safety requirements are followed. Work with Engineering and Production to minimize equipment downtime. Respond to emergency maintenance needs and provide on-call support. Requirements: 7–10+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing. 3–5+ years of maintenance supervisory experience. Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills. Experience with motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and shafts. Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics. Knowledge of OSHA, LOTO, and preventive maintenance. High School Diploma/GED required; technical training preferred. Flexible to work nights, weekends, and on-call as needed.
