Key Responsibilities For The Controller Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, and inventory accounting. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely close processes. Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and applicable regulatory requirements. Partner with executive leadership to analyze performance, develop KPIs, and drive operational and financial decision-making. Recruit, mentor, and develop accounting staff while driving continuous process improvement across the finance organization.
