In turn, each employee shares in the responsibility of strengthening those around them.Description Graham is seeking a Financial Planning Manager to join our Corporate Accounting, Trading Services group, who will report to the Managing Director of Corporate Finance. The ideal candidate possesses a strong finance and analytical mindset. The candidate should be detail oriented and highly organized to manage several functions including trader compensation and financial planning/forecasting. Responsibilities Maintain and administer trader compensation database Calculate trader compensation on a monthly and annual basis Support monthly financial reporting and planning initiatives, as well as ad hoc projects Collaborate with Corporate Accounting team and auditors to complete year end audits for domestic and international entities Requirements 4+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience within a hedge fund, including responsibility for trader compensation, financial reporting, and analysis Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting Strong analytical and modelling skills to effectively breakdown and map out legal compensation agreements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively and succinctly present relevant data and issues Competent technology and data knowledge base to efficiently extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis A team player with excellent project and time management skills to effectively work with our partners This role requires that all employees commute into our Rowayton, CT office Monday through Friday, and work 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Base Salary Range The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $215,000. The anticipated range is based on information as of the time this post was generated and does not include any discretionary bonus or benefits (see eligibility below). The applicable annual salary or hourly rate paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors, including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience, skills, and qualifications. This wage range may be modified in the future. In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as a wide array of benefit programs, such as medical and life insurance, 401(K) plans, and access to other healthcare programs. Notes: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, benefits, or any other form of compensation that a particular employee may be eligible for remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at Graham’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
