Medical, Dental, and Vision Job Details Job Details: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Permanent Assembly Line Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our manufacturing process, ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly lines. You will be involved in the production of our high-quality products and will have the opportunity to utilize your technical skills to maintain and enhance our manufacturing capabilities. Responsibilities: As an Assembly Line Technician, your responsibilities will include: 1. Overseeing and managing the assembly line operations, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently. 2. Performing routine maintenance on assembly line equipment, including motors and wiring systems, to prevent malfunctions and ensure optimal performance. 3. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on the assembly line, promptly addressing any problems that arise to minimize downtime. 4. Assisting in the installation of new equipment and machinery, ensuring they are properly wired and operational. 5. Collaborating with the engineering team to implement new production processes and improve existing ones. 6. Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and safety standards, maintaining a safe and clean work environment. 7. Documenting and reporting on assembly line operations, providing updates and feedback to management. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Assembly Line Technician or similar role in the manufacturing industry. 2. Demonstrated expertise in working with motors and wiring systems. 3. Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make effective decisions under pressure. 5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. 6. A commitment to maintaining high safety standards and adhering to company policies. 7. A high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a technical field or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
