As the organization continues to scale, they are adding an Accountant to play a role in supporting core accounting operations and ongoing process improvement initiatives. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a blend of traditional accounting responsibilities and exposure to senior leadership, all while gaining hands-on experience with a top-tier ERP system. What You’ll Do Support the monthly close process, including preparing journal entries, completing account reconciliations, and performing account analysis. Research accounting and financial questions for management, including investigating and explaining variances, trends, and results against expectations. Collaborate across departments and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives. Interpret and apply GAAP and other relevant accounting guidance to contracts, transactions, and business activities. Partner with internal teams on special projects supporting company growth and operational improvements. Identify and implement opportunities to strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting as the business evolves. Serve as a trusted accounting partner to leadership by providing accurate financial information, thoughtful analysis, and clear insights.
