Progressive Care Registered Nurse

provides high-quality, compassionate nursing care to acutely ill adult patients in progressive care and step-down settings. Key Duties Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care for acutely ill adults. Administer medications and monitor complex cardiac and respiratory conditions. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe, coordinated care. Educate patients and families and promote understanding of care plans. Ensure accurate, timely documentation and adherence to evidence-based protocols. Qualifications & Skills Current Registered Nurse licensure. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills for high-acuity patients. Proficiency in medication administration and monitoring for cardiac/respiratory status. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to patient-centered care, documentation accuracy, and evidence-based practice.
