Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Join our Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West , as a Registered Nurse responsible for providing patient care to individuals with conditions such as congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis . Responsibilities include EKG interpretation, central line care, assisting with bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies), and utilizing critical thinking, delegation, and time management skills . The role involves collaborating with Patient Care Nursing Assistants, Nurse Interns, Providers, PT, and OT to deliver comprehensive care in a 24-bed unit equipped with advanced technology like patient lifts, hands-free communication, virtual whiteboards, and telemetry monitoring. Qualifications include current RN licensure in Ohio, BLS certification, and ACLS certification (or within 6 months) . A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
