Registered Nurse - Perioperative - Full-Time

We are seeking a Perioperative RN to join the WEST Float Team , providing flexible coverage across multiple hospitals and perioperative units. In this role, you will float based on needs , delivering high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care , and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include adapting quickly to various clinical settings, supporting high-need areas, and enhancing patient experiences. Qualifications include a valid RN license (Georgia or compact state), BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications , and a minimum of 2 years of recent perioperative nursing experience . Ideal candidates possess strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills , along with a positive, flexible attitude and a passion for patient-centered care .
