Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team. Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to promote positive outcomes. Communicating and coordinating care with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Delivering safe, effective care in accordance with policies and documentation standards. Advocating for patient needs and ensuring patient and family satisfaction. Participating in performance improvement initiatives and contributing to a positive work environment. Maintaining professional competence, licenses, and certifications; engaging in ongoing development. Mentoring and supporting peers, fostering professional growth, and upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Qualifications Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred. Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. 2+ years of Med Surg experience highly preferred. Skills and Attributes: Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, professionalism, and dedication to patient-centered care.
