You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Transformation Office (code 100TO) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. SALARY RANGE GS-11: $77,964 - $101,359 GS-12: $93,445 - $121,482 Vacancies filled from this announcement may be filled at any grade level listed. You will serve as the Facilitator/Analyst for assigned process/performance improvement and innovation projects for day-to-day waterfront production and engineering support throughout the Shipyard as directed by the supervisor. You will accomplish a wide variety of assignments concerned with effectiveness and efficiency of programs and operations. You will be responsible for providing facilitation of initiatives and assigned projects with comparative freedom from supervision. You will direct and coordinate the efforts of assigned development and accomplishment. You will assume responsibility for the timely execution of complex performance improvement and innovation initiatives. FOR THE GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess program effectiveness and efficiency, developing recommendations for optimizing mission effectiveness and strategic planning needs; and performing cost benefits analyses for improved utilization of resources. FOR THE GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess program effectiveness and efficiency; identifying trends, and developing recommendations for improvements to program mission and strategic planning needs.
