Senior Accountant - Project Accounting

Senior Accountant – Construction/Project Accounting • Up to $94k + small bonus Our client, a growing organization, is hiring an experienced Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This is a hands-on role supporting project/cost accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, forecasting, and analysis within a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate brings construction and WIP reporting experience. 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Responsibilities: Support month-end close, including journal entries and accruals Manage project/cost accounting and WIP reporting Analyze financial results, budgets, forecasts, and variances Prepare and review financial and operational reporting Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives Assist with audit requests, controls, and ad hoc analysis Identify opportunities to improve and streamline accounting processes Work within a recently implemented SAP environment Qualifications: 4+ years of accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Construction project/cost accounting experience required WIP reporting experience required Strong Excel and systems skills
