Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Burlington, MA. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information on products, orders, and services. The representative will process orders, update account information, and coordinate with sales, warehouse, and service teams to ensure timely deliveries and service appointments. Daily responsibilities include resolving issues, documenting customer interactions, and following up to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of filtration products and company policies to support a positive customer experience. Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Satisfaction Experience working in Customer Service Representative roles or similar front-line support positions Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfort using basic office software and order-entry systems Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with internal teams and diverse customers High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or industry experience is a plus
