# Registered Nurse - Progressive Care

Role Overview: This position is for a registered nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), providing care to moderately complex patients with diverse diagnoses such as respiratory issues, cardiac conditions, neurological abnormalities, trauma, and post-procedural care. Key Responsibilities: Assess, monitor, and educate critically ill patients using advanced equipment and treatments; collaborate with a team to promote patient wellness; participate in professional development activities including committee work, certifications, education seminars, and leadership opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN licensure recognized by the relevant state; experience in a clinical setting appropriate to the unit's needs. Additional Information: No on-call required.
