Outside Sales Representative – Process Cooling Cleveland, Ohio / Field Based $105,000 Base Salary + Commission An established US manufacturer of custom engineered process cooling, process heating and temperature control equipment is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to support continued growth across its industrial markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop new business for process cooling and temperature control systems Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through proposal, negotiation and order placement Visit customer sites to understand applications and technical requirements Work with Engineering and Applications teams to develop equipment selections and quotations Build relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, engineers and industrial end users Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional equipment and services Package: $105,000 base salary Commission program Health, dental and vision insurance Paid vacation and holidays Comprehensive product and applications training Long-term career development opportunities What You’ll Need: Experience within technical sales, engineering or industrial equipment Knowledge of process cooling, chillers or temperature control equipment advantageous Strong new business and account management skills Confident discussing technical applications with industrial customers Strong communication and presentation skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the US Ability to undertake occasional international travel The role involves approximately 85% US travel , with occasional international travel, supporting customers across industries including plastics, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, data centers and general manufacturing.
