[https://app.ashbyhq.com/api/images/user-content/8ce29615-e176-4e92-af8d-96334dd4a9a3/61d70bb4-f686-4520-bb77-f7ea459864b1/revecore-evp-benefits-forward-v9.png] As Revecore’s Client Operations Specialist (COS), you will: Be responsible for coordinating between operations and Revecore’s clients to complete agreed client tasks, obtain necessary documents, information, and account placements, as well as to maintain and facilitate the working relationship to positively impact claims resolution. The COS must be detail oriented, understand complex claims, and be willing to implement new processes and changes based on the needs of the clients. The Role: • Prompt resolution of phone calls and emails from Client and Revecore operations (initial reply should be within 24 hours) • COS use internal tools effectively to resolve client needs, reducing questions sent to clients • COS will escalate applicable items to CS VP • Participate in monthly or quarterly calls with clients to facilitate rapport and processes as needed • Navigate healthcare software systems to complete agreed tasks, tasks may include but not limited to: • Close & Return • New Insurance • Timely Filing • Reconciliation • ICD • 10 Code Sweep Report • Work Queues • Coordinate with client staff to resolve requests and obtain necessary documentation to progress account forward. • Organize and keep to date documentation regarding client access and client specific protocol and processes. • Assist in training new COSs as they are onboarded and maintain internal documentation of specific client processes You’ll be successful if you have: • 3-5 years client facing experience (includes interactions with clients via email, meetings, phone calls, etc.) • 3-5 years experience in client systems • Directly related Complex Claims experience • Proven ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with clients, team members other departments • Exceptional follow-through abilities • Detail Oriented • Works effectively with all levels and can easily build new relationships Work at Home Requirements: • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home. • A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required. • The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
