Position: Human Resources Manager Location: Holland, MI Salary: $110,000-135,000, plus bonus Our client, a well-established and financially stable manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic business partner and key member of the leadership team. Human Resources Manager Responsibilities Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives and workforce planning. Lead, mentor, and develop the Human Resources team, ensuring exceptional support to employees and management. Drive recruitment efforts across all levels of the organization, developing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. Oversee onboarding and orientation programs that foster employee engagement and set employees up for long-term success. Manage compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that support operational excellence and compliance. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution. Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, retention, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. Lead initiatives designed to strengthen company culture, employee engagement, communication, and professional development. Manage employee separations, investigations, and related documentation while ensuring consistency and compliance. Represent the organization in employment-related hearings, audits, and investigations when necessary. Oversee all temporary workforce programs and employee relocation assistance. Partner with leadership on organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Direct Environmental Health & Safety programs, training initiatives, and compliance activities to support a safe and productive workplace. Develop and manage the annual HR budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Human Resources Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive Human Resources 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience driving organizational change and improving HR processes. Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employment law. Experience overseeing or partnering closely with Environmental Health & Safety functions. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred. #INSEP2026
