This role is responsible for leading the strategic alignment between customers and suppliers to ensure mass production stability and supply chain integrity. Role will serve as the primary lead for quality project milestones, ensuring all deliverables meet OEM standards, managing PPAP lifecycles, and spearheading Kaizen initiatives to drive sustainable production efficiency and defect resolution. What You'll Do Manage and optimize quality control workstreams for part production in alignment with new car projects and production preparation plans. Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive quality-related documentation and technical reports required for OEM milestones. Direct and execute supplier quality audits to ensure rigorous adherence to global quality standards and project-specific requirements. Serve as the quality lead for individual local production projects, ensuring all quality gates are met from development through mass production. Manage high-impact relationships with customers and suppliers; facilitate strategic meetings to ensure technical alignment and strengthen long-term partnerships. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in quality systems, engineering required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience in areas of Quality Control or Process Engineering Experienced with APQP activity and IATF certification preferred Knowledge of 8D, PDCA, 5-whys, 4Ms problem solving tools preferred Our company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer!
