Job description The Porter is responsible for stocking and maintaining all the break rooms and cafeterias at multiple customer locations. Also includes cleaning and maintaining all coffee equipment, water coolers, and reach-in in coolers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Cleaning and maintenance of a variety of coffee and beverage machines Stocking and rotating product in multiple break rooms at a single customer site Light technical duties – changing filters Meeting delivery driver and checking in the delivery Keeping stock room clean and organized Stocking of pantry items & paper goods To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills. Displays ability and willingness to make decisions. Ability to work independently and in a team environment Professional appearance and demeanor. Observe safety and security procedures. Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Detailed oriented. Highly organized.
