Founding Plumber Wanted! Build It. Grow It. Lead It. Are you an experienced plumber who wants more than just another job? The Electricians and Plumbers is a well-established Denver company with a strong reputation in residential, commercial, and emergency electrical services; and we're now launching a brand-new plumbing division! We're looking for an ambitious, skilled plumber who wants to get in on the ground floor and play a key role in building this division from the beginning. This is an opportunity to bring your experience, ideas, and leadership to the table and grow with the company as the plumbing division expands. What You'll Do Perform residential and commercial plumbing service, repairs, installations, and diagnostics. Assess customer needs and recommend professional plumbing solutions. Provide accurate estimates and clearly explain options to customers. Deliver exceptional workmanship and a professional customer experience. Help establish the systems, processes, and standards for our new plumbing division. Work closely with company leadership to help shape and grow the plumbing department. Build strong customer relationships and help establish a reputation for quality and reliability. As the division grows, help recruit, train, and develop additional plumbing team members. What We're Looking For Experienced, licensed plumber with strong residential and/or commercial experience. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. A self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a growing team. Leadership potential and an entrepreneurial mindset.
