Applicant Must Have The Following To Qualify Five years experience in digital print shop management. Deep knowledge of small format printing. Deep knowledge of large format printing. Excellent leadership skills. Excellent organization skills and scheduling ability. Maintains calm demeanor under pressure. Possesses the ability to lead through positive reinforcement.
