Organization: SSRRH-Sutter Santa Rosa Reg Hospital Position Overview: Performs routine and specialized interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization, or electrophysiology procedures to produce quality images for physicians and other health care providers for the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and prevention of injury or disease. Works independently, exercising sound judgment, and uses clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures to deliver accurate results in a timely manner. Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care. Job Description : EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program OR Graduation from an accredited Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist program OR Graduation from an accredited Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist program CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: ARRT • Radiography • American Register of Radiologic Technologists CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy OR RCIS-Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist OR RCES-Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist • Cardiovascular Credentialing International BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 5 years recent relevant experience Job Shift: Days Schedule: Full Time Shift Hours: 8 Days of the Week: Variable Weekend Requirements: As Needed, Rotating Weekends Benefits: Yes Unions: Yes Position Status: Non-Exempt Weekly Hours: 36 Employee Status: Regular Sutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans.
