The ideal candidate communicates clearly, listens carefully, and remains professional while managing a variety of customer requests. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and provide courteous assistance to customers. Explain company services, promotions, and general procedures using approved information. Listen to customer questions and identify the most appropriate response. Document call details and maintain accurate interaction records. Direct complex inquiries to the appropriate department or team member. Complete assigned follow-up tasks and communicate updates when needed. Follow established call-handling procedures and service standards. Maintain a calm, helpful approach when addressing customer concerns. Work with colleagues to support service quality and daily team goals. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
