Why You'll Love Working with Us A supportive, inclusive culture that values diversity and teamwork Professional growth through training, mentorship, and coaching Competitive compensation and benefits that support your well-being The chance to make a real impact through sustainable, high-quality products Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials and additives required for cement, clinker, ready-mix concrete, and aggregate operations Execute sourcing and tender processes in compliance with company procedures, ethical standards, and budget requirements Conduct supplier negotiations to secure optimum commercial terms, costs, and payment conditions Prepare, review, and manage procurement contracts in coordination with Legal, HSE, HR, and relevant stakeholders Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted supply of critical raw materials to support operational continuity Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to identify sourcing opportunities and risks Manage supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance assessment processes Track supplier guarantees, contractual obligations, and compliance requirements Maintain procurement master data, commercial terms, and supplier information within ERP/SAP systems Coordinate price adjustment calculations, supplier reconciliations, and contract execution processes Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, production teams, and external suppliers to ensure effective collaboration Contribute to process improvement, digitalization, and operational excellence initiatives within procurement activities Support risk management and business continuity by identifying procurement-related risks and opportunities Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, energy, and occupational health & safety management systems Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably within manufacturing, cement, construction materials, or industrial sectors Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, tender management, contract administration, and supplier relationship management Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and optimizing procurement costs Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment Advanced command of English, both written and spoken Strong attention to detail and commitment to process excellence Knowledge of procurement best practices, compliance requirements, and corporate governance principles Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and build productive business relationships Commitment to occupational health, safety, environmental, and sustainability standards
