OptInvoice is looking for a Data Analyst to join its team. The role emphasizes practical reporting, data accuracy, and decision-support analysis. You will collaborate remotely, document your work, and raise questions when information is unclear. Key Responsibilities Collect and combine information from approved reports and source systems. Build and update spreadsheet reports and visual summaries. Identify unusual patterns, data gaps, and reporting inconsistencies. Document assumptions and steps so analyses can be reproduced. Support quality checks and investigate unexpected changes in metrics. Organize datasets and maintain consistent field definitions. Present practical findings with appropriate charts and tables. Qualifications Familiarity with data visualization tools is helpful but not essential. Practical experience with Excel or another spreadsheet application. Careful, logical approach to investigating inconsistencies. Comfort collaborating with teammates in a remote environment. Comfort interpreting charts, tables, and basic performance metrics.
