Play a key role in day-to-day operations, starting with mastering our programs and services, and progressing to managing individual projects and responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree required 4 years' experience in real estate or finance a plus Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel Effective time management and ability to multitask Attention to detail Strong writing skills Compensation is $90-100K AST Defeasance is a leading boutique commercial real estate firm.
