Position Overview: Seeking an Estimator with approximately five years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates and quotations, collaborating with internal teams and customers to define project requirements, and developing competitive pricing solutions that support successful project execution and business growth. Job Title: Estimator Location: Naperville, IL (Surrounding Area)

• Minimal Travel Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Salary Range: $110K-$135K + Bonus Potential Benefits: For eligible employees we offer medical, dental, and vision coverage. Key Responsibilities Prepare Quotations / Respond To Pricing Inquiries Perform Cost Estimates & Resolve Discrepancies Consistent Research: Production Rates, Labor Costs, Materials, & Other Data Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering / Similar) 2+ Years Of Construction Experience Familiarity w/ Project/Structural Specifications, Blueprints, & Technical Documents
