It has adopted a new generation organizational structure; operating model and technology, in which the technology teams will especially be fully integrated with business units, and where business knowledge and technology will serve the digital transformation in the most efficient way. In its digital transformation journey, Gürok Information Technologies Team is looking for an “Demand and Portfolio Manager (Tourism)" to contribute to the digital transformation of our Tourism businesses. About the Role Acting as a bridge between Tourism business units and Technology & Digital teams by identifying and analyzing business needs, leading requirement analysis, workflow design and related project documentation, Managing the end-to end product and project portfolio and roadmaps for Tourism businesses, including planning, prioritization, progress, dependencies and risk monitoring, Evaluating and prioritizing demands based on business value, strategic impact, feasibility and resource requirements, Identifying emerging technologies and opportunities to enhance digitalization, customer experience and operational efficiency, Monitoring portfolio KPIs, conducting cost benefit analyses when required and providing regular reports to senior management. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Tourism and Hotel Management, or a related field, Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, product/project portfolio management, software development processes or project management, preferably within the tourism sector, Excellent command of English, both written and spoken , Experience in software/application development, digital projects, requirements analysis and business process modeling, Experience in global hotel chains or international hospitality organizations is a plus, Knowledge of project and portfolio management tools such as Jira and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Customer- and solution-oriented mindset, No restrictions on domestic and international travel.
