# Retail Merchandiser

Our partner is looking for a Retail Merchandiser in Fairbanks, AK . In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs — including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Responsibilities Build displays and end caps in retail locations Reset shelves with product rotation Track inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs Requirements Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a professional, positive manner Must be at least 18 years old Able to perform physical work, including moving, bending, and standing, and can lift up to 50 lbs Has reliable transportation to and from the work location Demonstrates strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Able to perform job duties with a safety-first mindset in a retail environment Benefits Competitive wages: $16.50 per hour Growth opportunities, including internal promotion Paid training provided — no prior experience required Additional hours may be available upon request Customizable benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, supplemental voluntary plans, wellness programs, and access to employee discount programs If this sounds like a good fit, we encourage you to apply.
