Controller

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, including leadership responsibilities. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong cost accounting and manufacturing finance experience required. Thorough understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and audit practices. Experience managing inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis. Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience is highly desirable. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives, employees, auditors, customers, and business partners. Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
