# Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Role Overview This position involves managing high volumes of inbound calls to provide professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service . Responsibilities include navigating multiple systems to resolve inquiries related to order placement, product information, pricing, invoicing, credits, and returns . Candidates should demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address issues independently using available resources. Qualifications & Skills At least 1 year of customer service experience required High-volume inbound call center experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Experience with CRM systems and SAP is a plus Location & Benefits This role is based in Lake Forest and offers benefits including dental, medical, parental leave, retirement/401K, vacation, and vision .
