Customer Service Role Overview This position involves managing high volumes of inbound calls to provide professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service . Responsibilities include navigating multiple systems to resolve inquiries related to order placement, product information, pricing, invoicing, credits, and returns . Candidates should demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address issues independently using available resources.
