PROGRAM MANAGER

Naval Air Systems Command

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the ENGINEERING AND CYBER WARFARE GROUP/AVIATION/SHIP INTEFRATION OFC of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND. You will direct and supervise the execution of all work efforts to meet aviation requirements. You will provide management direction to the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leaders and personnel from government and contract organizations. You will exercise full managerial authority, including planning work to evaluate performance and recommend awards. You will identify training needs to interview candidates for positions. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Senior-level program/organizational leadership experience; 2) Aviation and/or ship-system integration experience; 3) Complex defense acquisition/program management experience; 4) Experience leading multidisciplinary government/contractor teams; 5) Experience coordinating technical, acquisition, cost, schedule, performance, and risk requirements across multiple stakeholders.
